Tournaments
- Match type is chosen at create (timed, best of 3 games to 11, one game to 11, or rally to N) and drives scoring.
- Recurring does not auto-spawn next week — use Create next occurrence on the tournament page (optional re-invite).
- Odd numbers get byes; nobody is dropped for signing up last.
- Timed matches — open the match card for start/pause/continue/end and a beep when time is up, then submit the score.
Common fixes
- Can't get past login / terms — finish Terms acceptance, then profile (name + phone).
- Can't find a league or tournament — ask the organizer for their Share link (or QR), check Pending invites, or use Discover by ZIP.
- Day-of duties — tournament organizers can assign water/fruit/ice on the event page; you'll see what you're bringing when assigned.
- Alerts — invite emails send when email delivery is configured. Match reminders and SMS are not live yet; check the site.
- Doubles pairs — create a named pair under Pairs, invite your partner, then enter leagues/tournaments as that pair. Doubles tournaments are either prepared pairs or auto-pair (individuals paired when matchups generate).
- Score dispute — flex matches need both sides to confirm; tournaments allow organizer override of the winner field when submitting.
